Originally from a small town outside of Baltimore, Lisa has been a resident of the Lowcountry since 2005. She became a part of the Beaufort Dog family in February of 2010 after she was adopted by her best friend, Zooey, a sweet Labradoodle in much need of training. Accountant and Freelance Writer by week, Lisa spends her weekends at the Beaufort Dog playing with the dogs and leading the Agility Club. When she’s not working, she can usually be found reading, playing one of many musical instruments, or teaching Zooey cute tricks.
