By using any services provided by Beaufort Dog — including dog boarding, daycare, grooming, training, and pet waste removal — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Beaufort Dog offers the following services in Beaufort, SC:
– Dog Boarding
– Dog Daycare
– Grooming
– Dog Training (private sessions/consultations, board & train / bootcamp, group classes)
– Pet Waste Removal / Poop Scooping
Service availability is subject to capacity, scheduling, and pet suitability. Beaufort Dog reserves the right to decline or discontinue services for any dog that poses a risk to staff, other animals, or the facility.

## 3. Appointments & Reservations
All services require advance scheduling. Cancellations must be made within the time frame communicated at booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

## 4. Health & Vaccination Requirements
All dogs must be current on required vaccinations. Beaufort Dog reserves the right to request proof of vaccination at any time and may refuse service if requirements are not met. Dogs showing signs of illness may be refused service to protect the health of other pets.

## 5. Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in advance. Prices are subject to change. Beaufort Dog is not responsible for pricing errors and reserves the right to correct them.

## 6. Text Message (SMS) Communications
By providing your mobile phone number and giving verbal or written consent, you agree to receive automated and manually sent text messages (SMS/MMS) from Beaufort Dog. These messages may include:
– Appointment reminders and booking confirmations
– Links to scheduling or booking resources
– Business updates and event information
– Promotional content related to Beaufort Dog services
**Message frequency varies.** Message and data rates may apply.

Pet owners are responsible for disclosing any known medical conditions, behavioral issues, allergies, or special needs prior to service. Beaufort Dog is not liable for injury, illness, death, or loss of any pet except in cases of gross negligence on our part. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept this limitation.

Beaufort Dog may photograph or record pets in our care for use on social media, our website, or marketing materials. If you do not wish for your pet to be photographed, please notify us in writing.
